-It´s a plum pudding made with all sorts of dried fruits, nuts, spices, black treacle and lots sherry or brandy eaten at Christmas day.
-It´s layered pudding made with different layers intermingling fruit , sponge, cream and brandy eaten at new year´s Eve.
-It´s a sponge made with dried fruit that children prepared and cooked with their parent´s at Christmas Eve.
-It is a custard kind of soufflé that have as many recipes as grannies are in England so popular it is usually eaten on New year´s day as a dessert.
